Home is key to a sense of love, safety, and belonging.  Spending the Holidays at home with family is important to us. This year especially, as we have sheltered at home to stay safe, the need for a safe home has been highlighted.  While many of us were able to take shelter in a safe home many families in our community are not so fortunate.  They do not have a safe place.  Whether the place they live is overcrowded, unsafe, lacking basic functions like heat/air, functioning plumbing, or internet access for school and work, there are many families that have had additional struggles this year.

This Gingerbread House campaign is to bring awareness to the need for safe homes and to raise funds for our local efforts to bring strength, stability, and independence to local families through shelter.

Sign up your group: business, church, club, organization, friend group, or family.  Set up your fundraising goal and build your gingerbread home.  Spread the word.  Donations count as votes for your creation.  Team up as a group to see how much you can raise.

We created this contest for everyone to contribute at various impact levels. Be sure to review the ways you can make an impact and please share this page with your family and friends.

Your involvement is critical to our success and to a community where everyone has a decent place to live. Thank you again for your help. Click Here to sign up.
