preserving your home by making it safer and healthier

home repairs made affordable

Since 1990, 386 Home Preservation Projects have been completed in Eastern Jackson County. Our Home Preservation Program, or more commonly known as our Home Repair program, offers affordable solutions to help keep your home healthy, safe, and accessible. Projects include exterior repairs like roofs, windows, doors, ramps, and porches as well as interior modifications such as kitchen and bath accessibility, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and more!

Home Preservation Program

Our Home Preservation Program, or Home Repair Program, works with existing homeowners to perform repair projects as large as replacing a roof or as small as fixing a handrail on a staircase.

Aging in Place Modifications

Widening doors, installing ramps to allow for wheelchair access, and installing grab bars in bathrooms are just some of the ways we make people’s home more livable so that they can stay there as they age.
